Geranium Gardens I & II consists of plots of land that range between 947m2 – 1396m2.  The main difference between  Geranium Gardens I  and Geranium Gardens II is that the former has a green area frontage. As with Rose Gardens, there is no restriction to home designs provided it fits with the architectural theme of Geranium Gardens and the overall architectural guidelines for the City.
