Enugu State
Enugu State is located in south-eastern Nigeria and shares a common border with Abia and Imo States on the south, Anambra State to the west, and Ebonyi State to the east. It also has Benue State to the northeast, and Kogi State to the northwest.
Enugu, the capital of Enugu State, with its population of about 700,000 people, remains one of the most peaceful cities in Nigeria. The State Government has been making major investment in infrastructure (roads, power, water, etc) such that the city is fast becoming the choice location for business and recreation.
There is no other similar development like Enugu Lifestyle and Golf City in the South East and that makes this project attractive to companies that work in the Niger-Delta; which is a 3 hours drive or 60 minutes journey by helicopter. The city will also be attractive to Nigerians in Diaspora who want an easy to maintain home in a secure and well planned community.
Enugu is approximately 2-hours drive to any part of south-eastern Nigeria. It is a 2.5-hour's drive from Port Harcourt, Calabar and Warri. These are all oil-rich coastal cities with major shipping ports. Enugu is also located within a 1-hour drive from Onitsha and 2-hour's drive from Aba, both of which are major commercial centres in Nigeria.
Also the Enugu state airport is a high traffic airport and it serves as the main gateway to the south east.
