Geranium Gardens I consist of plots of land that range between 1,001m2 – 1,396m2.
Each plot has either a golf course, green area or water frontage.
As with the Rose Gardens, there is no restriction to home designs provided it fits with the general architectural theme of Geranium Gardens I and the overall architectural guidelines for the city.
The main difference between Geranium Gardens I and Geranium Gardens II is that the latter does not have a golf course or water frontage.
